TLP Teachers, training was AMAZING! We all had a great time of learning and growing together as educators. Let's start talking about what you need more of over the next few weeks. Answer the poll questions to join in on the conversation!

I think games is the area that I would benefit the most of getting more training. Thanks again to Lisa, Sarah, and Chrystan for all their work last week during training!

Training was super! Afterwards, I heard many teachers say they would've liked to have seen a hard copy of a lesson plan during the training. It seems like it would be beneficial to help new teachers understand the structure of a TLP lesson. Maybe next year the teachers could receive a copy of the lesson to read ahead of time before observing the demo lesson. The demos were awesome! Thank you!!!

Excellent suggestion Angie (and teacher's who thought of that!!) Does everyone have their materials bags? My suggestion is to start there and take it ONE lesson at a time. Read Lesson 1, gather your materials and think about how you will DEMONSTRATE each activity. Then start asking questions!! I'm here to help!

I had a great time doing trainings with everyone this year. I look forward to helping you all become better teachers as the year goes on.
